For more than a century, the Annual Student Exhibition (ASE) at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts has been the capstone academic achievement for our students. Following the Preview Party, the exhibition will be open to the public. ASE helps students launch their professional careers.Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts is an easy school to get into and you have a very good chance of acceptance if you meet the admission criteria. Last year, 167 out of the 183 who applied were admitted. 11% of those admitted chose to enroll in the school. After their first year, undergraduate BFA students select a studio arts focus from 6 different concentrations: Animation, Drawing, Illustration, Painting, Printmaking, or Sculpture.
